Alexander Skouras is the Executive Director of the International Economics Olympiad, an international economics competition for high school students. He studied Marketing at the American College of Greece and Political Management at George Washington University.

Previously, Alexander Skouras was Deputy Director of International Relations at Atlas Network, where he supported think tanks worldwide with educational and financial programs. He joined the Board of the Center for Liberal Studies (KEFiM) in 2015 and served as Executive President from 2017 to 2024. His leadership solidified KEFiM’s status as a prominent liberal think tank in Greece, advancing economic freedom and individual rights.
